Delivery & Payment types

Payment types:

• Cash on Delivery in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia (no advance payment needed, pay in cash at the time of delivery – the courier will receive the sum, indicated by Averto, at the moment of delivery of goods; fees paid by buyer);
• Internet bank: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele un Luminor
• By bank transfer after receiving an invoice to your e-mail (please, transfer payment to Averto bank account only after receiving the invoice in your e-mail);
• If you already have a PayPal account you can process your payment through PayPal. Paypal fees, paid by buyer;
• In cash or by bank card in Averto office.

Delivery time (Worldwide shipping):

• 2-5 business days* of receipt of payment in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia;
• 5-10 business days* of receipt of payment in Norway, Sweden, and Germany;
• 4-8 business days* of receipt of payment in other European countries.

* Estimated shipping time is based on the ship date.

Inspection of goods upon receipt:

Before accepting the order, please visually check the condition of the package. If the packaging is damaged (deformed, torn or otherwise damaged), you have the right to:

a) Refuse to accept the shipment.
b) Request the courier to draw up a damage report.
c) In the presence of the courier, check the condition of the contents of the package BEFORE signing the acceptance documents.

By signing the documents provided by the courier, you confirm that the product was not damaged at the time of receipt. If in doubt, check the item first and only then sign the documents.

Product balance and availability:

The stock of goods in the warehouse and the e-shop may differ. If your order cannot be fulfilled in whole or part, you will be notified of delivery conditions or availability changes.
